Our 5-step process to keep you and our instruments healthy.
1. We completely disassemble the instrument.
2. The individual instrument parts are cleaned inside and out with a soap and water solution.
3. We then soak and scrub the instrument in a chemical bath to kill any remaining bacteria.
4. After the chem-bath, the case and the instrument are subjected to ultraviolet light for a minimum of 60 minutes.
5. Finally, we reassemble the instrument then grease, lube and oil for smooth playing operation.
